In accordance with WWE's Wellness Program, effective Wednesday, September 2, Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio) is suspended for 30 days for a violation of the company's policy.Currently, Rey Mysterio is the Intercontinental Champion. And seeing as how the suspension doesn't take effect until the day after the next taping of Smackdown, WWE may in fact give Dolph Ziggler the IC title being as he became the #1 Contender last night on WWE Superstars. A match that would have most likely taken place at the next pay-per-view will have to come a little earlier.
