Whereabouts of The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels

Ever since their legendary encounter at Wrestlemania 25, both The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels have been absent from the ring without notice.

Rest assured that Taker and Michaels have NOT been released from their contracts. These two not only saved Wrestlemania 25 from being a flop, but have also been Vince's go-to guys for nearly 20 years.

The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels are living legends in the WWE and are guaranteed to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame some day, and when McMahon does decide to release them it would NOT be from breach of contract with the WWE Wellness Policy, but because Taker and Michaels will have decided to retire from the ring.

As noted by Ryan Clark on EWrestling.News - The Undertaker has been spotted with Michelle McCool visiting the FCW training grounds, giving a few pointers to the up and coming developmental talents. He was also sporting a shorter hair style. This begs the question, will Undertaker come back as the Phenom or the Bad Ass Biker from Death Valley?

If that does not assure you then according to Jim Ross' blog - J.R.'s Place - he mentions of possible return dates for Taker and Michaels:

We get a ton of emails regarding when the Undertaker will be returning to WWE. I don't know anything official but my money would be on some time in September. I could theoretically see Shawn Michaels return in late August, perhaps even at Summerslam, and then HBK's WM25 opponent returning a month later. We'll see soon enough but these are simply assumptions and we all know what happens when on assumes.

There's a possibility that Shawn Michaels will make his in-ring return come SummerSlam since it is one of the company's bigger ppvs. While the Undertaker should return to either one of WWE's newly named Pay-Per-Views: Breaking Point - rumored to be an all submission stipulations ppv; or Hell in a Cell - possibly focusing on 2 or more hell in a cell matches to determine championships. Either one is a possibility since Taker can inflict his Hells Gate submission, or prove why he is the Demon from Death Valley by dominating what has been nicknamed - Satan's Structure.
