Sheamus Wins Big; Ryder gets PayDirt; Dreamer Returns!

This past week on ECW the Gold Standard exacted revenge, while the Celtic Warrior main evented for the first time on ECW. Shelton is possibly on the verg of becoming a face since he has been feuding with Zack Ryder.

The match, in my opinion, stagnated in some parts - as if remembering the spots that they were suppose to do. Overall it was a decent opener with Shelton going 2-0 against the Long Islander.

The 2nd portion of ECW was Regal's united front teaming up for the first time against local jobbers. As Matthews mentioned, this is just a formality since Kozlov and Jackson are pretty much unbeatable.

And of course the front mauled down the compeitition, but what stood out was Christian's arrival with the Veteran of Extreme, Tommy Dreamer, and they were packing Singapore Canes!

And as made official by GM Tiffany, next week on ECW - It will be Christian and Tommy Dreamer against William Regal and his United Front. What's sad about this, they should actually make this the ECW match for the Breaking Point ppv, let ECW get Extreme at ppv instead of an 8 second squash.

Later, on the ever failing Abraham Washington show - Washingston has hired WWE Hall of Famer, Tony Atlas to be the Andy Ricter to Abe's Conan.

The guest is backstage commentator - Gregory Helms, which quickly became a 3 for 1 deal when Paul and Katie Lee decided they would like to air out a few choice words and continue to accuse Helms and The Hurricane as being one and the same.

Next week, The Hurricane takes on Paul Burchill once again - Same HurriTime, Same HurriNetwork.

The main event was a good technical match up against Goldust and Sheamus. This feud has been going on for months, both helping the other in their wrestling career.

Goldust having his career flatline when he returned to RAW has picked up in the land of extreme. But most importantly, the veteran is teaching the student a thing or two about the biz.

Sheamus won the no DQ-no countout match with his finisher - The Irish Curse. Congrats to Sheamus for being victorious in his first main event.
